hawsepipe.net, Freelance Software has evolved from public access of the USCG questions (September, 1988) and the personal computer. Our maritime training software has come a long way. Input from users continue to improve our products. We are currently concentrating on providing help for the massive National Maritime Center databank of questions. Our most recent completed help system Rules of the Road provides help for all the rules questions. Our next project is the electricity questions on the engineer CD's.
