Seadrill Limited,
is a Bermuda-based company incorporated 10 May 2005 with an offshore drilling
fleet consisting of five jack-ups rigs, two semi-submersible rigs, one deepwater
drillship, seven tender rigs, two FPSOs, as well as ten units under construction
(including four jack-ups, four deepwater semi-submersibles and two deepwater drillships).
Seadrill are the major shareholder in Smedvig ASA and Mosvold Drilling Ltd. In
addition, the Company is a major shareholder in Eastern Drilling AS, Varia Perdana
Bhd. and PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk.
