FESCO Newly issued shares are allowed for stock exchange trading
On August 14 Russian Trading System, the stock exchange for FESCO shares, includes 306,509,000 newly shares to the list of tradable securities.
FESCO made the necessary filings with the Russian Financial Markets Authority on August 7, 2007. The copy of the Placement Results Notice was sent to the Exchange, providing official grounds for allowing the trading of new shares. FESCO selected the most efficient placement type, requiring only notification of authorities about the placement results as opposed to State registration of Placement Report.
As the result, shareholders benefit from significantly reduced suspension time before newly issued securities are allowed for secondary market trading. The additiona issue, with State Reg. Number 1-03-00032-A-002D, and in the amount of 306,509,000 shares, will be traded with the same RTS codes as the main issue: FESH and FESHG. The total number of FESCO shares outstanding and tradable after the additional issue is 2,361,000,000 common shares.
