Waivers Gabon compulsory According to Gabonese legislation all shipments to Gabon must be accompanied with a valid BIC (waiver).
The Shipper's Council of Gabon (C.G.C.) has reminded all shipping companies that fines will be imposed in case of missing BIC?s.
Not only receivers but also the carriers are held responsible. NileDutch wishes to inform that shippers are fully responsible for arranging BIC/waivers for their shipments to Gabon.
In case of missing BIC?s NileDutch will hold shippers liable for any possible penalties or fines as imposed by the CGC to the line.
